WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR?
You will coordinate the operational warehouse team daily and monitor its progress! Within the team you divide the work and you investigate problems that arise. The Warehouse Supervisor will get supported by you in capacity needs and personnel planning. You also coach your team in their development and provide input to the Warehouse Supervisor for performance development. The warehouse and resources are used in the right way and with your way-of-thinking you see opportunities for improvements in the logistics processes! Finally, you ensure that everyone enjoys going to work.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE MATCH WITH YOU?
WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?
You will work at our location in Eindhoven, where there is a warehouse of 45,000 m2. There you will manage a team of 10 till 20 employees and you will do this in shifts. Of course you don't do this alone! In addition to your warehouse team, you often work together with other Team Coordinators and the Warehouse Supervisor, to whom you report. The atmosphere can be characterized as driven and professional, where there is certainly room for fun and connection! Together you want to provide the best logistics service to the customer.
